Information you give us. When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, and the project details you choose to share — including the backyard sketch, if you made one with our planner. When you call or email us, we keep the details needed to follow up.
Usage information. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how people use this site — pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you arrived. We use Google Ads conversion measurement to see which ads lead to estimate requests and calls.
Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser, and time of request) to keep the site secure and running.
How we use it
- To respond to your estimate request, schedule a visit, and provide our services.
- To improve this website and understand which advertising works.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to comply with the law.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to.
