Remodels & repairs

Keep the pool. Change everything around it.

Most older pools have good bones. A remodel replaces the tired parts — tile, coping, deck, equipment, lighting — and adds the features you wish it had: a raised spillway wall, a spa, a waterfall, a shallow shelf for lounging.

Old decking comes out. The shell stays — it’s sound — and new flagstone starts going down around it.

How it works

Four steps from first call to finished.

  1. Patio cover with stone columns over a pool and spa
    01

    Walk the yard

Miguel comes out, looks at the space, and listens: how you want to use it, what you’ve seen that you like, and the budget you have in mind. The estimate is free.

    02

    Design it

We turn that into a layout — pool shape, spa, features, decking, and everything around it — and adjust it with you until it’s right.

  3. DPC crew hand-setting flagstone on the new pool steps
    03

    Build it

Our crew builds it — shell, stone, tile, decking, and the details — and you’ll always know who’s in your yard and what happens next.

Questions

Remodels: common questions.

Should I remodel my pool or start over?

Most of the time a remodel is the better value: if the shell is sound, new tile, coping, decking, and features change the whole look for far less than a new pool. We’ll tell you honestly which way makes sense after we see it.

Can you add a spa, waterfall, or slide to my existing pool?

Usually, yes. Spas, raised spillway walls, sheer descents, rock waterfalls, deck jets, and slides can all be added during a remodel.

Do you do pool repairs?

Yes — cracked tile, failing coping, leaks, and the other problems older pools develop. Call and describe what you’re seeing and we’ll take a look.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We come out, walk the yard with you, talk through what you want and roughly what you want to spend, and follow up with an estimate. There’s no charge and no obligation.

Let’s walk your yard.

Tell us what you’re picturing. Miguel will come out, look at the space, and put together a free estimate.
